What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In: 
From 14h00 to 22h00 – A fee will be charged for check-ins made before or after these times on the Arrival Date 
Check-Out: 
From 6h00 to 11h00 – A fee will be charged for check-outs made before or after these times on the Departure Date 

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Room only – No 

Additional charge of E 100.00 per guest per day. 
Bed and Breakfast - Yes 

Do you offer airport transfers?

We are located 81 km from King Mswati III International Airport. Eswatini Airways provides a free shuttle to Mbabane, where we’re happy to pick you up. Alternatively, we can arrange a direct airport transfer for you at an additional cost. 
Airport transfers must be arranged prior to the arrival date. 

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Guests can cancel their bookings for free up to 7 days before their arrival 
  • Guests who cancel within 24 hours will have their cancellation fee waive 

In the event of premature departure or a "no show" the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be payable. 
 
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let rooms. 
 
An Administration Fee of E 100.00 will be charged on all refunds. 

Is a Prepayment/Deposit required?

One Night Bookings – 100 percent will be charged on the day of the booking and is partially refundable. 
More than One Night Bookings – 50 percent will be charged on the day of the booking and is partially refundable. 

Are Children and extra beds allowed?

Yes 

  • Children up to and including 2 years old can stay for SZL 100.00 per child per night. 
  • Children from 3 years old to 12 years old can stay for SZL 200.00 per child per night. 
  • Guests 13 years and older will be priced as adults. 

Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. 

Are debit/credit cards accepted?

American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro 

Garden of Eden Cottages and Guest House reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. 

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed.

Is Smoking allowed?

Smoking in the rooms and inside public areas is not allowed. Designated Smoking areas are available outside.
